Tras el anuncio del Consejo de Ministros, el 16 de abril de 2026 se ha publicado oficialmente en el BOE el Real Decreto que regula la regularización extraordinaria de migrantes que ya residen en España.

Con esta publicación, el procedimiento entra en vigor y se abre una nueva etapa en la que resulta esencial acudir al texto completo de la norma y no quedarse solo con resúmenes, titulares o interpretaciones parciales.
